Kheira Hamraoui, all smiles, celebrating a goal with his partners from Paris Saint-Germain (PSG). The image seemed unthinkable a few weeks ago. It appears however, Saturday, October 29 afternoon, on the PSG website, after the 2-0 victory of the Parisiennes in Reims, during the 6e day of the French championship.
For the midfielder, it’s a spectacular comeback. Assaulted with iron bars on November 4, 2021, returning from a dinner in “cohesion” with the women’s section of PSG, Kheira Hamraoui was then dismissed from the professional group in April, following an altercation between players during training. The French international, already affected by her aggression and the twists and turns of the police investigation carried out to identify those responsible, then had to prepare alone, while the PSG sought to transfer her, without her wishing it, to a another club. The player had this dismissal noted by a bailiff.
Tuesday, September 20, after failing to place it in another team, PSG announced its “provision of the coach”. First confined to a substitute role, Hamraoui played fifteen minutes, Wednesday, October 26, during the draw (0-0) between PSG and Real Madrid in the Champions League.

On Saturday, the player was fully reintegrated into the team by being aligned from the start of the league match against the Rémoises by Gérard Prêcheur, coach whom she had already worked with in Lyon.

During this meeting, the Parisiennes won 2-0 in Reims, thanks to two headed goals from Kadidiatou Diani. Present on the field for the entire match, Hamraoui received a yellow card in the 45the minute. Before Lyon’s match on Sunday against Fleury, Kheira Hamraoui and his partners are at the top of the French championship and still undefeated (five wins and a draw).
The investigation into the attack on Kheira Hamroui in 2021 accelerated in mid-September with the arrest and detention of four men. Some of them claimed to have acted at the request, through a mysterious intermediary, of Aminata Diallo, former partner of Kheira Hamraoui at PSG. Diallo was subsequently indicted for “aggravated violence” and “criminal association”, Friday, September 16. Presumed innocent, the latter firmly denies having ordered this violent attack.
