Star hasn’t seen dad Donald in two years

Corona also separates prominent families. Kiefer Sutherland revealed he hasn’t seen dad Donald “for almost two years”.
Hardly any father-son team is as well-known in Hollywood as Donald (86) and Kiefer Sutherland (55). Like the star, who has since made a name for himself as a country singer, but now in conversation with the “Image”newspaper revealed he hasn’t seen his father face to face for what seems like a long time. “I haven’t seen him in almost two years. He lives in Canada, he was here in Los Angeles for a few weeks, but I was on tour in Europe,” says Kiefer Sutherland.
Of course, the corona pandemic is to blame: “Canada was sealed off because of Corona until a few months ago, and my father is also very careful because of his age.” The two are “closely in contact”, the star asserts. Even if their rather old-fashioned attitude ensures that they can’t see each other: “My father and I are from the old school. We’re on the phone!”
