Kim Gloss is a mom of two, her body has changed in recent years. Sometimes ultra slim, sometimes a little curvier. This should be over now. The influencer now announces on Instagram that she loves her after-baby body exactly as it is.

Kim Gloss, 30, became a mom for the second time in July 2020. Little Golda is now seven months old, and the influencer hasn’t got her well-toned body back yet – at least not quite. But that’s also a minor matter for Kim at the moment. It is much more important to her to finally be at peace with herself and her body!

Kim Gloss: “I don’t really want to be skinny anymore”

Kim Gloss is not yet 100% back to her feel-good weight, she says quite honestly in the GALA interview. And yet: “I don’t want to lose weight quickly with starvation.” For far too long she tried to get as thin as possible with crash diets. But that’s over now. “I want to take the pressure off of having to be thin and feel good in my body even with three or four kilos more. I want to achieve my desired weight permanently with a healthy and balanced diet and regular exercise,” says the mother of two girls. How did she come to this healthy insight? “I have reflected on myself and my past self and have come to the conclusion that I have been pushing myself for far too long. I have now reached a maturity where many other things are more important to me than this topic.”

How much does Kim Gloss weigh?

During her second pregnancy she gained 22 kilos, she made no secret of that. The baby pounds are not completely gone. No problem for Kim, however. Despite all the openness, she prefers to keep to herself how much she currently weighs – for good reason. “I don’t want to reveal how much I currently weigh because I think you shouldn’t pay attention to what the scale tells you. Muscle weighs more than fat, for example. It just drives you crazy. It doesn’t matter , how much you weigh and above all, I don’t want to put pressure on anyone.”
