The collection of Kim Kardashian’s skims and fashion house Fendi brought in a million dollars in the first minute of sales.

The hype surrounding the cooperation between Kim Kardshian’s (41) underwear line and the luxury label Fendi has reached its peak for the time being. Sales of the collection began on Tuesday morning – and according to “TMZ”, the minute it opened, it had a record-breaking turnover of one million dollars.

The run on the collection was also great offline: A video can also be seen on “TMZ” in which women quarrel and threaten each other in line in front of a Fendi store in order to get into the store. After all, security has to intervene.

Between $ 100 and $ 4,200 each

However, the entire collection does not seem to be sold out yet, on the website many parts are currently still available. Still, it is said to have been the biggest start in the history of Kim Kardashian’s career as a Skims businesswoman. The items in the collection aren’t exactly cheap either: They cost anywhere from $ 100 to $ 4,200.

Kardashian’s underwear label stands for comfortable shapewear for a wide variety of body shapes. In a press release, Kardashian stated that there are many similarities between her and Fendi’s creative vision and goals. According to “Vogue”, the collection is based on sketches of an archived Fendi collection from 1979 by Karl Lagerfeld (1933-2019).
