Kim Kardashian has spent the last few days in a courthouse. She was eligible to be a juror.
She wants to become a lawyer who spent her last days According to a media report, Kim Kardashian (42) was in the Van Nuys courthouse for a completely different reason. The reality TV star took part in a jury selection process.
In the case that is being heard in court, two men are accused of having committed a gang murder, as the US celebrity portal “TMZ” reports. Kardashian is said to have been in the Los Angeles district for four days and was selected for jury duty. US citizens usually have to comply with such a request.
Kardashian was accompanied in the courthouse by one of her bodyguards, but did not display any special airs. During breaks, she ate snacks in the hallway with other possible jurors. They were apparently not particularly impressed by the entrepreneur’s star status and treated Kardashian like everyone else.
Filming for her reality show?
Twelve jurors and four alternate jurors were ultimately chosen before Kardashian was even interviewed. She will therefore not appear as a juror in the trial.
The whole thing could possibly also be seen in short excerpts in an upcoming episode of the reality show “The Kardashians”, which is running in the USA on the streaming service Hulu – and in Germany on Disney+. The 42-year-old was accompanied by cameras as she left the courthouse. It is currently unknown whether recordings were made in the premises.
Kardashian wants to become a lawyer herself. At the end of 2021, she passed her first law exam after three unsuccessful attempts. She is the daughter of the late lawyer Robert Kardashian (1944-2003), who, among other things, was part of OJ Simpson’s (76) legal team in his sensational criminal trial in 1995.
