Does King Felipe like it? His niece presents herself openly on the net
For years, the Instagram account of Victoria Federica de Marichalar, 21, was private. King Felipe’s niece, 53, shared the first picture on the popular social media platform in January 2020; only people who were allowed to follow her saw it. Until now.
Last week, the daughter of Infanta Elena from Spain, 57, opened her profile so that everyone can follow her posts. You can see some photos in which Victoria shows herself in love with her boyfriend, a Spanish DJ, or recordings that must have been taken during various vacations. A daring step for the Royal, after all, the Spanish royal family is very concerned about privacy: In contrast to other European royal families, the royal family does not have an Instagram account.
Since the 21-year-old’s Instagram account was opened, she has had around 49,000 followers within a few days (there are now over 53,000 users, as of Wednesday, November 3, 2021, 11:00 a.m.). The interest in the life of the Spaniard is great!

Princess Märtha Louise reveals principles of upbringing
Princess Märtha Louise, 50, chats in the podcast “Suksess med Jan Thomas” (Eng .: “Success with Jan Thomas”) with the celebrity stylist of the same name about her life as a Norwegian royal and her daughters Maud Angelica, 18, Leah Isadora, 16 , and Emma Talulah, 13, Behn.
The three are currently really taking off. Maud is at the top of the bestseller list with her first book, Leah has just won an influencer award and Emma wins one horse show after another. Märtha Louise couldn’t be prouder – and supports her girls wherever she can. Freedom is the be-all and end-all here. But the 50-year-old forced her daughters to do one thing during childhood, admits Märtha Louise in the podcast. “I never really pushed her to do one thing, apart from one thing: I made them all ride for a while!” Reveals the princess.
Riding has always been Princess Märtha Louise’s great hobby. In 1990 she trained show jumping in England and later became a member of the Norwegian national team. In 2000 she ended her riding career. Her youngest daughter Emma is now following in her footsteps.

Princess Leonor: Intimate celebration for her 16th birthday
On October 31, 2021, Princess Leonor was 16 years old – but the Spanish heir to the throne had to do without an exuberant “Sweet Sixteen” party. The reason: Leonor’s birthday coincided with the end of the autumn break, and school starts again in November. In order not to have to go into quarantine for five days in her school after her return to Wales – Leonor studies at the local UWC Atlantic College – she is said to have had no contact with anyone outside her immediate family, as the daily “La Voz de Galizia” learns wants.
Seems like Princess Leonor celebrated her 16th birthday at home with her parents, King Felipe, 53, and Queen Letizia, 49, as well as her sister, Princess Sofía, 14. When she returned to Wales, the royal family did not want to reveal, according to “La Voz de Galicia”.

Princess Mary was in Burkina Faso
Official trips are usually communicated in advance by members of the European royal family. But with Princess Mary, 49, an exception had to be made – for safety reasons.
From October 27th to 29th, 2021 Mary was in Burkina Faso together with the Danish Development Aid Minister Flemming Möller Mortensen. The topic of the trip was women’s health and women’s rights in a region marked by poverty, unrest and climate change, as the Danish royal family announced on October 30th, when the delegation had arrived safely at home.
Princess Mary was part of the secret trip because the Danish government asked her to. Development Aid Minister Mortensen confirmed the illu “Billed Bladet” that it was not by chance that the government asked Mary: “It simply makes a big difference whether she is there or not. Also because the Crown Princess is personally very involved in the matter.” Mortensen also emphasized that because of Mary the attention of the trip is completely different: “When we talk to institutions, organizations or with politicians like the President, the difference is big. It is very important that the Crown Princess is there.”
