After a few days of rest and relaxation under the Greek sun, King Willem-Alexander then had to board the plane again on Friday 21 July Mariëlle Paul, 56, to be sworn in as the new Minister for Primary and Secondary Education at Huis ten Bosch Palace.
The reason: Dennis Wiersma, 37, former Minister for Primary and Secondary Education, resigned from his post with immediate effect on 23 June 2023 after receiving several complaints about him for cross-border behaviour.
