After three seasons and a total of 26 episodes, the comedy series “Check Check” with Klaas Heufer-Umlauf will end in 2021.

Last call for the comedy series “Check Check”. As the streaming provider Joyn has announced, the third season of the series with Klaas Heufer-Umlauf (37) in the lead role will also be the final. The final episodes can be seen from September 23rd and exclusively at Joyn PLUS +.

“Check Check” premiered in Joyn’s streaming offering in October 2019, with season two following a year later. While the first season came with ten episodes, the final, like season two, will consist of eight episodes. They are therefore “about true friendship and family, about arriving in life and the inevitable growing up.”

The series tells the story of Jan Rothe (Heufer-Umlauf), who moves to the small town of Simmering to care for his demented father (Uwe Preuss, 60). In order to make ends meet, he then takes a job with the security staff at the local airport. He shapes with his idiosyncratic but lovable colleagues Ertu (Kailas Mahadevan, 42), Harald (Jan Georg Schütte, 58), Ingrid (Petra Kleinert, 54), Samira (Sara Fazilat, 34) and boss Sabine (Doris Golpashin, 40) quickly a sworn bunch.
