Kleinarl and Wagrain – Four injured after accidents on the slopes

There were four injuries on Thursday on the Salzburg slopes. Among them were two children.

Three skiers were injured in Wagrain on Thursday. In the morning, an 11-year-old student crashed into a lift support covered with mats. After first aid, he was taken by helicopter to the Schwarzach hospital, where he was diagnosed with a concussion. Shortly thereafter, a 21-year-old German woman and a young snowboarder drove together in the same ski area. She fell and injured her right leg. The snowboarder glanced back at Dama lying on the slope, but then just kept going. The German was given first aid by the piste rescue service and brought down to the valley with the Skidoo. On Thursday afternoon there was another crash in Wagrain. An adult skier crashed into a five-year-old child. The parents indicated that they would have their child examined by a doctor. Crash in KleinarlThere was also a crash in the Kleinarl ski area on Thursday at noon. Two skiers crashed into each other because they were both making opposite turns at the same height. Both were injured and taken to a doctor’s office for first aid by the Red Cross.
