(CercleFinance.com) – Klépierre posts a turnover of 380.2 million euros for the first quarter of 2024, including net rental income of 253.4 million, an increase of 4.8% year-on-year. constant perimeter, i.e. 200 basis points above indexation.
The commercial real estate group also reports solid momentum in retailer turnover (+4.3%), which has exceeded 2023 levels in all countries, and in attendance at its centers (+ 3%).
Also claiming an increase of 4.4% in its EBITDA over this first quarter, it confirms its annual objectives, thus anticipating an increase of at least 4% in its EBITDA and a net current cash flow per share of 2.45- 2.50 euros in 2024.
