(CercleFinance.com) – The Klépierre company announces that it has been recognized twice for ‘the excellence of its CSR policy’.
The group, which unveiled its new Act4Good® strategy in February 2023, joins Euronext’s CAC 40 ESG stock index which brings together the 40 most responsible listed companies based on their CSR rating by Moody’s.
Furthermore, Klépierre has just been recognized by the Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark (GRESB) for the fourth consecutive year as ‘the leading listed commercial real estate company in Europe’.
According to this organization which evaluates the CSR practices of real estate companies globally, Klépierre also maintains its ‘Five Stars’ status awarded by GRESB to the Top 20% of the best performing companies, all categories combined.
