Dallas Stars go under in front of their own audience

The Vegas Golden Knights are in the finals of the Stanley Cup. The Las Vegas NHL team clinched a much-needed fourth win in Game 6 of the Western Conference Finals against the Dallas Stars. William Karlsson is the best man on the ice.
The Vegas Golden Knights followed the Florida Panthers into the Stanley Cup Finals after a show of force. The team from the player city prevailed in the sixth game of the semi-final series of the NHL play-offs at the Dallas Stars 6-0 (3-0, 1-0, 2-0) and won the series 4-2 .
The Golden Knights gained a clear lead in the first third with William Carrier (4th), William Karlsson (11th) and Keegan Kolesar (14th), Jonathan Marchessault (31st), Karlsson again (43rd) and Michael Amadio (53.) expanded them. The stars, who had fought back after three bankruptcies at the start of the series, disappointed in front of their own audience. Vegas goalie Adin Hill saved all 23 shots by the hosts.
After being founded seven years ago, it is Vegas’ second entry into the Stanley Cup final since 2018. At that time, however, the Knights clearly lost to the Washington Capitals (1: 4). In this year’s quarterfinals Vegas had eliminated the Edmonton Oilers around Leon Draisaitl. The best-of-seven series for the Stanley Cup between Vegas and the Panthers begins on Saturday, with the Golden Knights initially enjoying home advantage. The Panthers, who defeated the Carolina Hurricanes 4-0 in the semifinals, are still waiting for their first title.
