She congratulated the team around top player LeBron James (35) and wrote about a picture of her husband: "Kobe was right, stay on course, block out the noise."

In addition to Kobe Bryant's wife, well-known Lakers fans also spoke on social media after winning the title to celebrate the players and their deceased teammates. Among them are the two US rappers Snoop Dogg (48) and Lil Wayne (38). "Well done," wrote Snoop Dogg about a picture showing LeBron James and Kobe Bryant together. Kobe Bryant, his 13-year-old daughter Gianna and seven other people were killed in a helicopter crash near Los Angeles on January 26, 2020. The plane's pilot had apparently lost his bearings in the thick fog.
