Basketball star Kobe Bryant would have celebrated his 43rd birthday on August 23. His wife Vanessa congratulates him on his special day.

Kobe Bryant (1978-2020) would have turned 43 on Monday (23 August). The professional basketball player and his daughter Gianna (2006-2020) were killed in a helicopter crash in January 2020. His widow Vanessa Bryant (39) congratulated him on his special day with a heartfelt kiss photo. “Happy birthday, papi,” she wrote on Instagram. “I love you forever. Eternal love.” Numerous stars showed their sympathy under the post. Among others, the models Lily Aldridge (35) and Gigi Hadid (26), reality TV star Khloé Kardashian (37) and basketball player Candace Parker (35) commented with heart emojis.

Daughter Natalia (18) also sent her father congratulations. “Happy birthday, Daddy,” she congratulated Kobe Bryant under a photo on InstagramShowing him smiling broadly with his toddler daughter on his lap.

Kobe Bryant played his entire professional career from 1996 to 2016 for the Los Angeles Lakers and is considered one of the best basketball players of all time.
