SNK announces the launch of the Intercontinental Fight Club Series on May 26, with up to $3,000 in prize money for the champion of the official competition on King of Fighters XV.
The publisher of the new fighting game King of Fighters 15 today announces the start of the KOF XV ICFC Weekly Series. This official competition, organized with SNK, will take place from May 26 in Europe, NA and Asia. Intercontinental Fight Club will take place online every Thursday in all three regions. Each champion will be determined by series points after nine rounds. Then the top 8 will qualify for the Round 9 final.
The competition will be played on a Steam version of KoF 15 on Thursdays at 7 p.m. At stake, $500 cash prize as well as the content of the crowdfunding collected by Matcherino until round 8.
