(CercleFinance.com) – Korian announces a series of decisions taken by its annual general meeting of shareholders, including the adoption of ‘Clariane’ as the new name for the European company, the head structure of the dependency care group.
The GM also approved the adoption of the status of company with a mission, which is accompanied by five commitments ‘around the themes of consideration, equity, innovation, proximity and sustainability’ .
A mission committee, made up of representatives of patients and residents, employees and qualified personalities, will be set up to monitor the execution of the mission and the implementation of the initiatives taken by the group in this context.
