(CercleFinance.com) – Korian, Crédit Agricole and Banque des Territoires announce that they have entered into a new partnership to finance the development of a second inclusive housing program involving 330 Ages & Vie colocations to be delivered by 2025.
This partnership, concluded for a period of 20 years, makes it possible to finance real estate investment through an SCI Foncière, owned and controlled by Korian up to 30%, and 70% in equal shares by Crédit Agricole and Banque des Territories.
This investment agreement of 400 million euros follows the first agreement of 2019. By the end of 2025, the Ages & Vie network should have 500 to 600 houses allowing to house nearly 5,000 elderly people and to create 1,500 to 1,800 carer jobs.
