Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker actually got married in Las Vegas – after an “epic night”.
Kourtney Kardashian (42) and Travis Barker (46) got married. The reality TV star now confirms previous media reports on his Instagram profile. Kardashian and the Blink 182 drummer actually tied the knot in Las Vegas – in front of an Elvis impersonator, of course.
The 42 year old published several photos on Instagram, which show her entwined with her partner and in front of said impersonator. Kardashian and Barker first attended this year’s Grammy Awards on Sunday. “TMZ” later reportedthat the couple married at a chapel in Sin City following the event. Anonymous sources had revealed to the US celebrity portal that there would be “several” wedding celebrations. The lines published by Kardashian for the pictures also make this impression.
No real wedding?
Because the wedding is obviously not yet legally binding. The two would not have had a marriage license. “Once upon a time in a country far, far away (Las Vegas) when a queen and her handsome king at 2am after an epic night and some tequila ventured to the only open chapel with an Elvis and got married ( without a license),” writes Kardashian. Also, practice makes perfect, she adds.
Marty Frierson, the owner of One Love Wedding Chapel, tells the US magazine “People”that the ceremony lasted about 30 minutes. Until the couple drove up, he didn’t know who had booked the appointment. The two were very much in love and had “a lot of fun”.
Kardashian and Barker have been dating since early 2020. He was married twice before dating Kardashian. In 2001 he got married to Melissa Kennedy, but they divorced after only a few months. He was then married to actress Shanna Moakler (47) from 2004 to 2008. With her he has two children, Alabama (16) and Landon (18). Kardashian, meanwhile, has her children Mason (born 2009), Penelope (born 2012) and Reign (born 2014) with her former partner Scott Disick (38).
