Kourtney Kardashian talks about her experience with artificial insemination. Now she shared what helped her get pregnant.
At the end of last year, her son Rocky Thirteen crowned her love for Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker (48). But apparently it was Kourtney Kardashian (45) found it anything but easy to get pregnant for the fourth time. On Instagram, the entrepreneur looked back on her experiences with artificial insemination and revealed to a desperate follower what helped her to deal with the pressure of becoming pregnant.
“I stopped after a year of trying, my body relaxed and I believed in God’s plan for my life,” Kardashian-Barker wrote in her Instagram story on Monday. In total, she had five failed attempts and three miscarriages before her successful pregnancy. A lot of prayers were necessary for “what was meant for us”. She also did a lot for her health. “I know how hard it is to feel like you’re not trying, but believing in God’s plan and saying prayers is so powerful. All the best!”
Got pregnant 100 percent naturally
She later clarified on her Instagram story that she got pregnant naturally. “I want to be clear because my answer to the question may have been confusing,” she wrote afterward. “I 100 percent got pregnant naturally, not through IVF… a year after I stopped trying. By God’s blessing on Valentine’s Day.”
Kourtney Kardashian and her husband Travis Barker became parents of their son Rocky Thirteen on November 1, 2023. In an episode of the fourth season of “The Kardashians,” Kim Kardashian’s sister (43) had already said that after the grueling attempt to get pregnant through artificial insemination, it finally worked naturally. “People always told us, ‘If you stop trying, it will just happen.'”
Kardashian and Barker have officially been a couple since the beginning of 2021. They tied the knot in May 2022. In June, Kardashian announced that she was expecting her fourth child and her first with Barker. Kourtney Kardashian has children Mason (14), Penelope (11) and Reign (9) with ex-partner Scott Disick (40). From his first marriage to Shanna Moakler (48), Travis Barker has daughter Alabama (18) and son Landon (20).
