First photos of the secret Las Vegas wedding raise questions

Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker reportedly secretly married in Las Vegas. Kardashian now confirms this on Instagram – and shares the first photos of the symbolic wedding ceremony.
It was one of the most surprising news of the week: Reality actress Kourtney Kardashian, 42, and her fiancé Travis Barker, 46, are reported to have married at 1.45am Monday morning, April 4, 2022. And that shortly after the Grammy Awards. They are said to have said yes in the small “One Love Wedding Chapel” in Las Vegas.
“Once upon a time in a land far, far away…”
Kourtney Kardashian confirms this on Instagram. The 42-year-old shares multiple photos of her and Travis posing in love in a chapel complete with an Elvis impersonator. But the lines of the mother of three are suspicious. “I found these photos in my photo folder. Once upon a time in a country far, far away (Las Vegas) a queen and her handsome king, after an epic night and a little tequila, entered the only open chapel at 2am ventured with an Elvis and got married (unlicensed). Practice makes perfect,” Kourtney captioned the series of images. The emphasis on the fact that they married without a license and “practice makes perfect” suggests that their marriage is not final (yet).
Kourtney Kardashian + Travis Barker: The ceremony was so intimate
Opposite “People” Chapel owner Marty Frierson shares how affectionate the couple was during the ceremony: “They kissed and hugged a lot. They hardly gasped! They just seemed so in love.” Only four guests were present. “I don’t know if it was friends or the social media team. They took photos and videos from all angles and just recorded everything: coming in and going out, the vows, the kiss, the bouquet of roses, the dance. ” So, fans will likely see the couple’s intimate moments before long.
The couple wanted the “Vegas experience”
It was also very important to the couple to experience the “Vegas experience”. The ceremony was said to be over after half an hour. “They had a good time and a lot of fun,” said Frierson.
On Oct. 17, 2021, the Blink182 drummer proposed to Kim Kardashian’s sister, 41, romantically — and Kourtney said yes.
What does Scott Disick, 38, say about this wedding? After all, he was with Kourtney for almost ten years and they have three children together: Mason, 12, Penelope, 9, and Reign, 7. In the show “Keeping up with the Kardashians” a marriage was discussed again and again – Kourtney got married with Scott however off. The relationship broke up in 2015. As the mother-of-three will later admit, Scott’s alcohol and drug problems were the “deal breaker” as she says in a reunion episode.
Travis Barker’s ex-wife congratulates the couple
Travis Barker’s ex-wife, Shanna Moakler, 47, says she’s happy for the couple, she told People. The mother of two children, Landon, 18, and Alabama, 16, said: “I wish them all the best on their journey together.” A year ago, she commented on the relationship between her ex-husband and Kourtney Kardashian: “I want my children’s father to be happy and have a partner by his side who makes him happy and who makes him a better father . My kids seem to really like Kourtney and her family. That’s what matters to me, that my kids are happy.”
