Ku'damm 63: Filming started again after the Corona break

Since March of this year it has been quiet on the set of the ZDF series "Ku'damm". That is changing now. The shooting of the third season continues.

The shooting of the third season of the hit series "Ku'damm" was on hold for six months. Now it's finally going on. On the set of the ZDF production "Ku'damm 63" in Berlin and the surrounding area, you leave the corona-related forced break behind you. Stars like Claudia Michelsen (51), Sonja Gerhardt (31), Maria Ehrich (27) and Emilia Schüle (27) are returning to their roles.

"I'm very happy to meet Caterina again and to be able to take another round on the floor with her," said Michelsen. Co-star Ehrich shares this feeling. "We worried for a long time whether and when there would be another season of 'Ku'damm'," she says. "To be back on set in costume and to be able to experience new dramas and curiosities with my film family makes me very happy."

When will the new episodes be on TV?

Not only the four women are back in the historical three-part "Ku'damm 63", also Trystan Pütter (39), Sabin Tambrea (35), August Wittgenstein (39), Heino Ferch (57) and Uwe Ochsenknecht (64 ) continue to contribute. Singer Helen Schneider (67) and Giovanni Funiati (29) are new to the ensemble.

The shooting of the third "Ku'damm" season began in February of this year, but had to be paused from March to August due to the corona pandemic. The broadcast of the three new episodes is planned for the second quarter of 2021.
