(Boursier.com) – La Française de l’Énergie, a producer of energy with a negative carbon footprint, announces that its shares are now eligible for the Deferred Settlement Service on the Long-only segment (SRD Long only). With steadily increasing daily trading volume, a growing number of retail investors participating in the stock’s trading and growing interest from institutional investors, the stock has seen its liquidity steadily increase. Any security listed on Euronext Paris with a minimum daily transaction volume of 100,000 euros is eligible for SRD Long only.

The SRD Long only, framed by strict prudential rules, will allow people holding a French securities account to buy La Francaise de l’Energie securities short by deferring their payments, thus benefiting from an upward leverage effect. Eligibility for SRD Long only “will increase the attractiveness of La Francaise de l’Energie and promote the liquidity of its share, thus exposing it to a wider investor base”.

On the sidelines of this announcement, Française de l’Énergie confirms its objective of reaching an annualized turnover of 35 ME and an EBITDA margin of over 45% by the end of 2022. First-half turnover 2021-2022 will be released on January 25.
