(CercleFinance.com) – The Group’s turnover amounted to 707.8 ME in 2022, up 41.1%, driven by the successful integration of Firstronic, whose contribution stands at 163.1 ME on the exercise. On a like-for-like basis, growth was 8.6%.
Over the financial year, current EBITDA stood at €44.3 million compared to €30.9 million in 2021, showing an almost stable current EBITDA margin rate of 6.3% (compared to 6.2% one year earlier), in line with the stated objective of a margin of at least 6.2%.
Current operating profit rose by 20% to €21.7 million, representing 3.1% of revenue, compared to 3.6% in 2021. Net profit, Group share amounted to 11. 9 ME, against 21.6 ME a year earlier, a drop entirely due to a non-normative basis of comparison.
For 2023, the Group is thus aiming for a turnover of more than €750 million on a like-for-like basis, i.e. growth of at least 6%. In terms of profitability, Lacroix anticipates a further appreciation of its Current EBITDA to exceed the 50 ME mark.
