(CercleFinance.com) – Lacroix publishes a turnover of 707.8 ME for the 2022 financial year, up 8.6% on a like-for-like basis compared to 2021, reflecting ‘a very good commercial dynamic in France and abroad. international market and re-invoicing to compensate for the increase in the cost of supplying electronic components’.
For Lacroix, this ‘historic’ level – in line with the announced objective of a turnover of close to 700 ME – was made possible in particular by the successful integration on 1 January of Firstronic, whose contribution over the year at 163.1 ME.
Lacroix announces its intention to sell its Signaling segment (8% of sales) in order to focus its investments on its strategic markets around industrial IoT and electronic equipment.
‘This sale does not call into question the performance of the roadmap unveiled as part of the Leadership 2025 plan, in particular the objectives for turnover (800 ME) and Ebitda margin (around 9%)’, essentially indicates Lacroix.
