(Reuters) – French agribusiness group Lactalis is acquiring Italian cheese specialist Ambrosi SpA, Emmi Group announced on Monday, which is selling its 25% stake.
“The majority shareholders of the Italian cheese specialist and Emmi accept the takeover offer from the Lactalis group,” the Swiss group Emmi said in a statement on Monday.
The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price, Emmi said.
