Lady Gaga attracts everyone’s attention in Rome. She recently became the bride for the crime thriller “House of Gucci”.
When Lady Gaga (35, “Born This Way”) strolls through Rome, that alone is an eye-catcher. If she is still wearing a wedding dress, the eye-catcher is perfect. This happened on Thursday in front of the Santa Maria church in the Campitelli district, where the singer and actress is currently filming the biographical crime thriller “House of Gucci”.
The “black widow” all in white
In the white dress with long lace sleeves, the 35-year-old stood out from the crowd. A veil and an elaborate updo rounded off the elegant bridal look. Who was waiting for the actress at the altar? Her film husband Adam Driver (37, “Star Wars: The Last Jedi”).
The drama by Ridley Scott (83) documents the 1973 marriage of Patrizia Reggiani (72) and Maurizio Gucci (1948-1995), the heir to the famous Italian fashion empire, as well as the divorce and the ensuing family drama. Reggiani was sentenced to 29 years in prison for the murder of her ex-husband. The sentence was later reduced to 26 years and Reggiani was released after 18 years for good conduct in 2016. Since then, the mother of two has been nicknamed “Black Widow”.
The shooting of “House of Gucci” has been going on since February of this year. The actors and the crew seem to be facing a tight program, because the film is scheduled to start in the USA on November 24, 2021. A release date for Germany is not yet known.
