Back in 2020, Lady Gaga expressed her wish to become a mother at some point. Now rumors have emerged that the time has come – but the singer denies them.
Paparazzi photos of the US singer Lady Gaga, 38, have caused all sorts of speculation in recent days: In recent photos that showed Gaga in a tight dress at her sister’s wedding, some fans claim to have seen a small baby bump. As the British tabloid “The Sun” speculated, this was the first indication of a possible offspring for the “A Star is Born” actress and her partner Michael Polansky, 46. But now the singer is putting an end to the rumor mill.
Lady Gaga: She denies pregnancy with the help of Taylor Swift
On the social video platform TikTok, Gaga denied a possible pregnancy. “Not pregnant – just devastated, crying in the gym,” is the caption in the TikTok video of the 38-year-old, who uses lines from her pop colleague Taylor Swift, 34, and her song “Down Bad” for her denial.
In the video, the “Poker Face” interpreter can be seen from the chest up while her hair and makeup are being done. The singer’s striking black eyeliner is striking. In addition, Gaga dubs the viral TikTok tone in her short video: “I don’t have to find an aesthetic, I am an aesthetic. I mean, I’m sure there’s somebody out here right now who is going into Pinterest trying to type up all these adjectives to describe me.” In addition to the pregnancy denial, the pop star is calling on her approximately 9.3 million followers to vote.

Lady Gaga previously confirmed her desire to have children
Lady Gaga’s fans are likely to be disappointed by the singer’s announcement: the 38-year-old’s last Instagram post was already showered with congratulations on her pregnancy.
The exceptional artist had also spoken about her desire to become a mother in her cover story for “InStyle” magazine in May 2020. At the time, Gaga emphasized that she was looking forward to becoming a mom: “Isn’t it incredible what we can do? We can carry a human being inside us and let it grow. Then it comes out, and it’s our job to keep it alive.”
The US superstar seems to have found the right partner in 46-year-old Polansky. The entrepreneur and the singer have been together for around four years. “Gaga wants to have children one day and sees a future with Michael,” an insider told “Entertainment Tonight” at the time.
