Lag issues are affecting Warzone massively

Warzone players are asking Raven Software to make some fixes. Especially when it comes to lag, as some have experienced significant issues after the Season 2 Reloaded update.

The Warzone Season 2 Reloaded update brought some pretty big changes to Battle Royale.

While the update was quite well received, it also caused a lot of worries.

Players noticed a few bugs resurfacing, including texture issues on Caldera, but they also experienced lag and shot registration issues.

Season 2 Reloaded was well received overall.

Many Warzone players on social media have expressed their frustrations with the ongoing issues. Some even wonder if it’s specific to them or to the community as a whole.

“Recently came back to the game after not playing for a few months and every game on Caldera has been very slow”said player DonRegan25. “There’s lag, items popping out of chests in slow motion, people teleporting back and forth in fights.” Others were quick to note that they witnessed the same thing, despite having no connection issues.

“With a high-end PC, I can attest that the lag is real”said StrifeWavy. “Everything was fine before they removed the April Fools game modes. Good old Warzone! Something simple change? Something major is breaking.”

Some players simply can’t participate in matches anymore. “Every game, without exception. Rebirth, BR, Plunder, I literally can’t play”added ghostgaming367, who asked if Raven gave them a “bad joke”.

Lag and hit registration issues have persisted in Warzone for some time. And this although the developers have fixed the problems before. It remains to be seen if they will be able to do so this time around and in how long.
