(CercleFinance.com) – Lagardère announces the appointment of Pauline Hauwel as General Secretary, succeeding Pierre Leroy, who performed this function in addition to his mandate as co-manager and then as Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the group.
Reporting to General Management and until then Deputy Secretary General, she will oversee governance, legal affairs, institutional communication, CSR, risks, compliance and internal control, real estate, and information systems functions.
Pauline Hauwel has been a member of the executive committee since 2021 and secretary of the Lagardère board of directors. After starting her career in a law firm in the United States, she joined the group in 2005.
