(CercleFinance.com) – Lagardère announces the signature, by Lagardère Travel Retail, of an agreement to acquire a majority stake in Creative Table Holdings ltd, based in the United Arab Emirates.
Creative Table Holdings ltd has successfully developed a Dubai airport catering offering for many years and has a portfolio of award-winning food and beverage brands (local and healthy concepts), complementary to that of Lagardère Travel Retail.
The price of the operation was set at 74 ME. The finalization of this acquisition should take place during the first quarter of 2022.
