(AOF) – Arnaud Lagardère, CEO of the Lagardère group, announces the appointment of Maxime Saada to the position of vice-president. He joins the Executive Committee of the Lagardère group and also retains his current functions. Chief Executive Officer of the Canal+ Group in July 2015. He was also appointed, in January 2016, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Dailymotion. In February 2018, he was appointed President of Studiocanal and then in April 2018, Chairman of the Management Board of Canal+ Group. Maxime Saada has also been a member of the Management Board of Vivendi since June 24, 2022 and Chairman of Olympia since May 31, 2023.
“Maxime Saada is one of the most experienced and competent media executives. His experience at the head of the Canal+ Group as well as in the other Vivendi subsidiaries that he manages – Dailymotion and L’Olympia – will represent a capital asset in the development and the strategy of the Lagardère group”, indicated Arnaud Lagardère.
