France 2 starts the year 2022 under the sign of love with a romcom in six episodes, carried by Maud Baecker, Tom Leeb (Plan B), Nadia Roz (La Faute à Rousseau) and François Vincentelli (Double Je).
In January, France 2 will broadcast L’Amour (almost) parfait, a romantic comedy in six episodes written by Armelle and Emmanuel Patron. and directed by Pascale Pouzadoux (On the other side of the bed).
Recurring actress of the TF1 soap opera Demain belongs to us, Maud Baecker, also seen in Love at first sight in Andalusia, will camp there Julie, a heroine who apparently ticks all the boxes of the test of the perfect looser: freshly dumped, without children and unemployed, she thinks of the approach of her quarantine that his life is ruined.
But an unexpected phone call will change everything: at the end of the line, a certain Max makes him a sublime marriage proposal. If she accepts his proposal, he gives her an appointment in three days in the bar where they met.
In heaven, Julie will take a moment to understand that this call was not intended for her, since this phone is not hers, but that of an unknown person whom she found in a taxi.
Overwhelmed by this sublime declaration of love, Julie decides not to warn the real lucky one and to pursue the misunderstanding to embark on the greatest adventure of her life: to find, seduce and marry this ideal man … even if it means flouting all of her principles.
Around Maud Baecker will be gathered Tom Leeb (seen in Plan B and Infidèle), Nadia Roz (La Faute à Rousseau), Isabelle Vitari (Our Dear Neighbors), François Vincentelli (Double Je, Philharmonia) or Antoine Duléry (Le Bazar de the charity).
“What more essential quest than to find love? This is the question we are trying to answer with this sentimental comedy. Humor, derision and friendship are at the heart of this tangy series which explores human relationships with elegance and benevolence.“explain Anne Holmes and Anne Didier, director and head of fiction at France Télévisions.
The (almost) perfect Love will be broadcast from Wednesday January 19 at 9:05 p.m. on France 2.
