(Boursier.com) — The General Meeting of Lanson-BCC was held on April 26 in Reims, at Champagne Lanson. All resolutions were adopted.
In particular, the General Meeting of Shareholders approved the corporate and consolidated accounts closed on December 31, 2023.
It also set the amount of the dividend for the 2023 financial year at 1.10 euros per share. Payment will be made on May 6.
Lanson-BCC specifies that the quorum conditions as well as the detailed result of the vote will soon be available on the company’s website.
