Largo Winch 2: Does Tomer Sisley perform all his stunts himself in this film?

On the occasion of the broadcast of the film Largo Winch 2 on Sunday April 17, 2022, from 9:05 p.m. on TF1 series films, Télé Star reveals whether Tomer Sisley performed all his stunts himself during the filming of this feature film, or not.

Released in cinemas in 2011, the film Largo Winch 2, directed by Jérôme Sallewill be rebroadcast on Sunday April 17, 2022, from 9:05 p.m. on TF1 film series. Worn by Tomer Sisley and Sharon Stonethis feature film is the sequel to the film Wide Winch, released in cinemas 3 years earlier. Tomer Sisley therefore took over the title role he already held in the first film. Very involved in the filming of this sequel, the actor himself performed all of his character’s stunts in the film. To achieve this, he had to train intensively before shooting began.

The physical preparation was violent for me, because the day after the last day of shooting the first film, I had a ski accident and had to restart the machine. Before being able to do stunts again, I had to train a lot. About 4-5 times a week, with a lot of strength training and other sports (…). Especially for moving and sweating. Each session lasted between 2 and 3 hours.“, explained the comedian during the promotion of Largo Winch 2. During filming, Tomer Sisley notably directed an extremely complex waterfall in free fall.

Tomer Sisley on falling scenes on Largo Winch 2: “If we miss it, it’s a colossal impact”

For the purposes of this sequence, the star of the series Balthazar on TF1 benefited from the advice of the best specialists in the world : Jean-Philippe Ricordeau, three times world vice-champion, and Les Babylones, world champions. “The most dangerous shots are those where the camera is relatively fixed – the cameraman falls flat – while me, I come passing like a ball next to the camera. These are shots where the cameraman falls at 170 km/h while I pass less than a meter at more than 300 km/h. If we get it wrong, it’s a colossal impact. Suffice to say it’s over“, revealed Tomer Sisley. Result: for the first time, a freefall fight scene was entirely shot in real conditions.
