The late porn publisher Larry Flynt is bid farewell in Las Vegas with a big party – including a strip show.

Legendary porn publisher Larry Flynt died last Wednesday (February 10th) at the age of 78. In 1974 he made a name for himself by founding the magazine "Hustler". As "TMZ" reports, the "Hustler" club of the same name in Las Vegas wants to say goodbye to its deceased boss.

The club is hosting a big party this weekend to celebrate Flynt and its porn empire. According to "TMZ", the club's strip group called "Sexxy After Dark" will perform at the somewhat different kind of commemoration. From the roof of the club, balloons will then be sent into the sky and the specially developed cocktail "Flynt Goldfinger" will be served at the bar.

Together with brother Jimmy Flynt (72) Flynt ran several strip clubs from 1970, before the two brought out the "Hustler" magazine from 1974. It was seen as direct competition to more conservative publications such as Bob Guccione's (1930-2010) "Penthouse" or Hugh Hefner's (1926-2017) "Playboy". Flynt was involved in numerous legal proceedings, in which primarily questions relating to the regulation of pornographic content were heard.
