Larry King's widow has revealed his last words to her. Additionally, Shawn King stated that the cause of death was not Corona.

Shawn King (61), the wife of the late talk show host Larry King (1933-2021), revealed details about her husband's death in an interview. In an interview with "Entertainment Tonight" the singer said that she was last able to communicate with her husband in the hospital via FaceTime. It was difficult for him to speak, but there was one thing he wanted to get rid of before he died: "I love you, take care of the boys." The two have two sons aged 20 and 21.

Shawn King also spoke about the cause of death. It is true that her husband was hospitalized with Corona, but in the end he only died of blood poisoning. He would have actually already overcome his Covid 19 disease, but his "sweet, little body" was very weakened as a result.

"I'm late"

Shawn King also indicated that Larry King has lost a lot of time, both mentally and physically. He was ready to go and it wasn't nice for her to watch this decline. In his typical, humorous way he said again and again lately: "Let's go, let's go now, I'm late, get out of here now."

Shawn and Larry King married in 1997 and actually filed for divorce in April 2010, but it never went. In the following years the two got together again. In 2019, the two separated again, and Larry re-filed the divorce papers in court. "In my heart I never believed that the divorce would go through, and it never was," said Shawn after the death of her husband.
