Larry King has been in hospital for corona for ten days. He is said to have left the intensive care unit in the meantime.

This news gives hope to the family and the numerous fans of US talker Larry King ("Truth Be Told"): The 87-year-old, who, according to US media reports, has been in hospital for around ten days because of corona disease, was allowed to apparently left the intensive care unit of the hospital last Sunday (January 3rd). The news site "NBC News" claims to have found out from a confidante of the family.

According to this, King is still in the hospital in Los Angeles for treatment, but now seems to be so stable that intensive care is no longer necessary. Nevertheless, extreme caution is required with him: King is considered a risk patient – not only because of his old age, but also because of previous illnesses.

He had five bypass operations after a severe heart attack in 1987 and was in a coma for several weeks after a stroke in early 2019, as he himself later explained. In 2017, the talk show host also diagnosed lung cancer, which it claims to have been successfully fought.
