With the tariff you can use the Deutsche Telekom network. In addition to an all-network flat rate for telephony and SMS, it also includes 20 gigabytes of surfing volume. You use this at a maximum speed of 25 megabits per second. That may not sound very fast, but it is completely sufficient for surfing and streaming films and series.
You won’t get access to the 5G network, but the deal is still very good. Mobilcom-Debitel regularly offers the tariff for 36.99 euros per month. Note, however, that a one-time connection fee of EUR 39.99 is due.
The minimum contract term is 24 months with a notice period of three months before the end of the contract. From the 25th month onwards, the monthly costs increase to 36.99 euros.
Tariff directly from Telekom is significantly more expensive
The Telekom network is considered to be the one with the best coverage in Germany. The provider can pay for this accordingly. If you conclude a smartphone contract directly with Telekom, EUR 39.95 per month are due for six gigabytes of data volume.
This also includes 5G access and the surfing speed is therefore up to 300 megabits per second, but the price is disproportionately higher than the offer from Mobilcom-Debitel.
