(CercleFinance.com) – Latécoère announces today the finalization of the acquisition of Malaga Aerospace, Defense & Electronics Systems (MADES).
The acquisition of MADES was subject to the approval of the Spanish Council of Ministers, in accordance with the regulations on foreign direct investment in the defense sector. This approval was therefore obtained.
‘MADES enables the development of Latécoère’s position in the American Defense market segment and will create significant synergies within the Group’s Interconnection Systems division, while strengthening its position as number 1 for avionics racks’ indicates the direction.
