(Boursier.com) — Immex authorization has been granted Latécoère. Consequently, the transaction concerning the site of Figeac Aero in Hermosillo, Mexico is finalized.
This investment is part of the overall strategy of the international “tier 1” partner group Latécoère to strengthen the competitiveness of its activities in North and South America, and particularly within the Aerostructures market.
It is recalled that the Immex authorization is an instrument that allows the temporary import of goods used in an industrial process or service, to produce, transform or repair foreign goods imported temporarily for subsequent export, without paying VAT and countervailing duties, and withholding or not paying import tax.
The Latécoère share is currently at a price of 0.361 euro on the Paris Stock Exchange. Figeac Aéro is trading at 5.29 euros.
