(CercleFinance.com) – Latécoère announces that its board of directors has unanimously co-opted Samantha Marnick and June du Halgouët as non-independent directors, replacing Helen Lee Bouygues and Caroline Catoire, who resigned.
Samantha Marnick served as President of the Commercial Division of Spirit AeroSystems (approximately 80% of Spirit AeroSystems, with revenues of approximately five billion dollars) and Group Operations Director in her last executive role.
June du Halgouët is currently executive vice-president in charge of transformation at KNDS, a European defense player. Previously, she held management positions within Airbus.
