(CercleFinance.com) – The Group announces that it has reached an agreement with Latécoère for the sale of the industrial and land assets of its Hermosillo subsidiary in Mexico.
This production site was initially designed for Latécoère under a contract signed in 2015 for the supply of basic parts in light alloys and hard metals, as well as small sub-assemblies for the Boeing 787 doors. contract represents more than half of this site’s turnover.
This agreement is accompanied by several conditions precedent. The signing of a service contract for Figeac Aéro to provide assistance during the transition period for a period of 18 months and the signing of a subcontracting contract, limited to 3 years, with Latécoère for the production relating to other Figeac Aéro contracts.
The completion of this operation should materialize no later than September 30, 2022.
