The Group announces that it has entered into an agreement with Latcore for the sale of the industrial and land assets of its Hermosillo subsidiary in Mexico.
This production site was initially designed for Latcore under a contract concluded in 2015 for the supply of elementary parts in light alloys and hard metals, as well as small sub-assemblies for the Boeing 787 doors. contract represents more than half of this site’s turnover.
This agreement is accompanied by several conditions precedent. The signing of a service contract for Figeac Aro to provide assistance during the 18-month transition period and the signing of a subcontracting contract, limited to 3 years, with Latcore for the production relating to other Figeac Aro contracts.
The completion of this operation should be completed no later than September 30, 2022.
