Victim of a STROKE last August, Laura had to see her marriage to Anthony canceled in Married at first sight. The young woman recently revealed the causes of this stroke which deprived her of her fairy tale marriage.

Laura’s immune system may be linked to her stroke

It was during a recent interview with TV 2 weeks that the candidate of this seventh season revealed the causes, mysterious until then, of her stroke: “This inflammation would be linked to a disruption of my immune system”, she first explained. Other information on this subject was also provided by the insurance manager. According to her, Laura had to consult several times before his symptoms were really taken seriously. She was actually suffering from regular and intense migraines in July, a month before his stroke.

Still according to the interview of TV 2 weeksshe would have subsequently felt numbness in the left arm and went to the emergency room. After which, an MRI was taken which confirmed that she had just had a stroke. On May 15, the episode of Married at first sight showed Laura on her hospital bed, and she also gave an update on her state of health and the causes of her stroke: “I have a semi-clogged artery, my brain is in pain because it is poorly irrigated. I’m plugged in everywhere, I’m in bed in a completely horizontal position, I’m not allowed to raise my head to eat or get up to go to the bathroom, because I run the risk of clogging my artery and having sequels…”, she said. We wish her a good recovery and hope that she will still be able to live her great love story.
