Laure Balon is the scenic expression teacher at Star Academy. We had already been able to see her on the screen, in several famous series!
The new season of star Academy started more than a week ago on TF1. We were able to discover the profiles of the 13 new candidates who entered the castle of Dammarie-les-Lys. All week, they chained the courses, the evaluations as well as the preparation of the bonus. The challenge was considerable since they sang in duet with stars such as Juliette Armanet, Amir, Julien Clerc, Naps or Lewis Capaldi.
To make their performances as successful as possible, they were coached by 5 new teachers: Yanis Marshall, the dance teacher, known for having been one of the first men to dance in heels, Adeline Toniutti who teaches singing, Pierre Brauer the theater teacher, Joël Bouraïma, that of sport and Laure Balon who is the scenic expression teacher. This is not the first time that we see the latter on television since she has played in several successful television series. Indeed, we could see it in Les mysteries of love aired on TMC, in A wonderful family on TF1, in Savior Giordano on TF1 as well as in Elodie Bradford on M6.

Who is Laure Balon, the scenic expression teacher?
Laure Balon is an artist who started with classical dance before doing comedy. During the debrief of the bonus with the candidates, she also told her story: “I started in classical dance very early. I spent my life at the bar, suffering with feet, on pointe, bleeding feet and doing lots of competitions”before adding: “I became a star dancer at 18. I had a great career for ten years”.
But, she was forced to stop dancing overnight. “My life has stopped”, she then revealed. The professor, however, was not let down and turned to the big screen. “I did auditions: two years of no! (…) After, miracle, I do a casting, paf main role (…) and from there, I chained everything”, she said without giving more details.
