In full presentation of the Tour de France, Laurent Luyat had to, to his great sadness, slip away for health reasons. Tuesday, August 2, he finally gave his news.
France Television journalist Laurent Luyat had indeed been suffering to the point of having had to leave the presentation of the Tour de France a few days before the end of the competition as he had written to his subscribers on his Twitter account “Friends, for health concerns (not serious) I will not be able to finish the Tour.”

The journalist then returned on his state of health with a new, more reassuring message : “It’s going to get better soon”he wrote on Twitter before formulating a message of thanks to his community “Thank you for this Tour that we experienced together. For all your very touching messages. It was a pleasure to meet you at the arrival of the stages” Insisting that there was “nothing serious”, without giving more details, the journalist did not return to the subject before this Tuesday, August 2.
“Direction Munich in a week for the European championships” announced Laurent Luyat, still on his Twitter account. “It’s much better and I can’t wait to see you back in great shape !”Indeed, from August 11, as confirmed by France Television, Laurent Luyat will be alongside Cécile Grès and Matthieu Martot to comment on the second edition of this European competition bringing together in Germany, twelve Olympic disciplines, such as cycling, athletics or climbing. But before that, Laurent Luyat is about to blow out its 55 candles, Thursday, August 4, with a wonderful gift in advance: getting back in shape!
