Laury Thilleman gave an interview to Télé Star. The ex-Miss France, separated from her husband, the cook Juan Arbelaez, since last May, confided in her new life.

And for good reason, last May, she had revealed to separate from the one she had married in 2019. In an interview with TV Starto be released this Monday, November 21, the pretty brunette says a little more about her new love life.
Has the ex-Miss France got back into a relationship? This is information that she does not wish to give, for the moment. “It’s my secret garden and I prefer to keep it to myself. Things will happen smoothly, without my needing to announce them”, she said. But since her separation, Laury Thilleman has reviewed her priorities and decided to spend more time by the sea. “Here, I’m talking to you from Anglet beach with a magnificent sunset. I spent the afternoon surfing”, she explains. And to add: “I am in the process of doing my personal retirement. I have just spent ten years coaling and I need a step back. When I work, I’m a hard worker, I like adrenaline rushes. But I recharge in contact with the ocean, with my feet in the water, while swimming or surfing.”
Laury Thilleman: “I decided to live alone”
The young woman had already confided in her new life, last September, during a podcast: “I decided to live alone, to explore, to travel, to reconnect to myself, to others, to nature… and also to read, to read a lot – an activity that I had somewhat neglected in recent years, for lack of time, attention, or interest. I had almost forgotten that reading was in fact an escape, a journey that one offers to one’s mind. Never again will I forget”, she said. She’s also taken up skateboarding, as she revealed when posting a photo on Instagram in June: “We are still taming each other, but I think we will end up never leaving each other”had fun the host of France Télévisions, talking about his board.
It was on May 17 that Laury Thilleman announced her breakup with Juan Arbelaez in a post published on social networks. “In order to cut short all the rumors and nauseating articles, I wanted to share with you that after 7 years of intense happiness and living together at a thousand miles an hour, Juan and I decide together to continue our routes separately“, she had written. Before concluding : “The tenderness, caring, gratitude and mutual respect that we share remain and will remain intact, which is why we kindly ask you to respect our silence after this announcement.”
The former Miss France and the chef said yes on December 21, 2019 during a ceremony organized in Brittany. The couple had met four before on a television set, and love at first sight had been immediate. “We quickly realized that we had a lot in common. We felt like we had been given a little cup, as if we were in a bubble!”had told the chef on the show I love you etc in October 2019. The two lovers had formalized their relationship during the Global Gift Gala evening in May 2016 in front of the photographers.
