(Boursier.com) — As of July 1, Raphaël Sauteret, currently Director of Change Support, Training, Compensation and HR Management at LCL, has been appointed Director of Human Resources. He joined the bank’s Executive Committee.
Raphaël Sauteret has spent his entire career with the Crédit Agricole group. He started at the Crédit Agricole Regional Bank of Charente-Maritime Deux-Sèvres in 1991 in various management positions in the network and in the Human Resources function. In 2003, he joined the Regional Bank of Gard, which became the Regional Bank of Crédit Agricole du Languedoc, as Director of Human Resources and Risks. In 2014, he was appointed HRD and General Secretary of the Normandy-Seine Regional Bank, then Commercial and Professional Market Director from 2016 to 2023.
Last February, he was promoted to LCL and became Director of Change Support, Training, Remuneration and HR Management.
Raphaël Sauteret, 55, is a graduate of Excelia and Sciences Po Paris. He also holds a DEA in Sociology from the University of Bordeaux.
