Sweet news for Lea Michele: The “Glee” star has announced the birth of her second child and also revealed the name.
“Glee” star Lea Michele (37) has become a mother again. The actress announced the birth of her second child, a daughter, on Sunday evening (25 August) in an Instagram post. “Our hearts are so full,” she wrote in a photo. She also revealed the little one’s name: Emery Sol Reich.
The photo shows the legs of the newborns with the hands of Lea Michele, husband Zandy Reich (40) and son Ever Leo (4), who was born in 2020 and only a few days ago celebrated his 4th birthdayLea Michele did not reveal when exactly little Emery was born.
Lea Michele had several miscarriages
At the end of July, the 37-year-old announced that she had suffered several miscarriages after the birth of her first child. She had had “two consecutive pregnancies that failed very early on,” she said in Podcast “BDA Baby” by Katherine Schwarzenegger (34). After another miscarriage, she was finally diagnosed with endometriosis in 2022. After an operation and “lots of medication and thousands of injections,” she finally became pregnant again.
Lea Michele announced her new pregnancy in March 2024 with an Instagram post public and on Mother’s Day in May She also shared on Instagramthat she is expecting a daughter. The actress has been married to her husband Zandy Reich since 2018.
