(CercleFinance.com) – Compagnie Lebon announces a net income group share (RNPG) multiplied by five to 12.5 million euros for 2022, or 10.95 euros per share, an increase ‘reflecting the good results in the hotel industry and revaluations in the financial sector’.
The revalued net assets (ANR) amounted to 235.4 million euros at the end of the 2022 financial year, up 8.3% compared to December 31, 2021, i.e. an NAV per share of 200.70 euros, compared to 185.39 euros a year ago.
Given the improvement in the accounts for 2022, the board of directors of Compagnie Lebon will propose to the general meeting to vote the payment of a dividend of 3.50 euros per share, up 40%.
